‘now is not the time’ is the third single from my upcoming album ‘a place I want to be’, due to release on 05 November, and the architectural drawing for the entire album.

“Suddenly I was playing a composition and it set the foundations for all other compositions on the album, it was like I had a blueprint in my hands. All elements that I explore in this album appear on that track. I mean, the same rhythmic figures, an openness in sound, barely melodic elements and a real focus on dynamism in my piano playing.” Rhythmical ‘now is not the time’ is rather danceable, something that’s not common in the neo-classical genre. “I’m classically trained, but I’ve played jazz for ten years. The swing appears to have found its way back into my compositions. Something that really surprised me.”
